SAVE THE DATE: Berlin Breathwork Days 2026
From May 8th to 10th, 2026, we will host the Berlin Breathwork Days for the third time in cooperation with Humboldt University, bringing together various leading German and international breathwork therapists and pioneers, as well as scientists, yoga instructors, psychiatrists, and psychotherapists for breathwork sessions and lectures, to explore and experience the current status and future of breathwork.
Berlin Breathwork Days 2025
Breath is a powerful instrument. This is increasingly recognized, as impressively demonstrated by the second Berlin Breathwork Days in 2025: Measured by the number of participants and offerings, the gathering of the breathwork community was three times larger than its inaugural edition the previous year. The Berlin Breathwork Days found their new home in the breathtakingly beautiful venue, Eden in Pankow.
