Berlin Breathwork Days 2026

§1 Organizer

The organizer of the Berlin Breathwork Days 2026 is:

(hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”)

§2 Subject Matter of the Contract & Conclusion of Contract

These T&C apply to the purchase of tickets and participation in the Berlin Breathwork Days 2026.

Upon completion of the ticket purchase via the event platform, a binding contract is concluded between the participant and the Organizer.

The technical processing of the ticket purchase is handled via the Talque platform (Real Life Interaction GmbH). Talque does not become a contractual party to the participants.

§3 Ticket Purchase & Payment

The ticket price is due immediately upon purchase.

Participation is only granted upon receipt of full payment.

The number of tickets is limited.

§4 No Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to § 312g para. 2 no. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no statutory right of withdrawal for leisure events with a fixed date.

Withdrawal from the ticket purchase is excluded.

§5 Cancellation & Transfer

Cancellation or refund of the ticket price is excluded.

Transfer of the ticket to a substitute person is possible. The transfer is effected upon notification via email to the Organizer.

§6 Program Changes & Force Majeure

The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program for organizational or content-related reasons.

Program changes do not qualify for a refund.

In the event of a complete cancellation due to force majeure or governmental directive, the ticket price will be refunded. Further claims are excluded.

§7 Participation, Health & Personal Responsibility

The event is designed as an educational and self-exploratory format.

Participation is voluntary and undertaken with personal responsibility.

Breathwork and body-oriented modalities can trigger intense physical and psychological processes.

Participants are required to independently assess whether any health conditions preclude their participation and, if in doubt, to seek medical or therapeutic advice.

The event does not constitute medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.

§8 Session Registration

Registration via the event platform is required for individual sessions.

By registering, participants confirm that they have read the respective participation guidelines and contraindications and that they are participating with personal responsibility.

§9 Venue Usage

The event takes place in externally rented premises.

The organizer is not liable for the structural conditions or permanent installations of the venue, unless intentional or grossly negligent conduct can be proven.

§10 Liability

The organizer is liable without limitation for injury to life, body, or health, as well as in cases of intent and gross negligence.

In the event of slight negligence violating essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.

Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

The organizer is specifically not liable for:

• health-related responses occurring during voluntary participation

• individual processes or subjective effects of sessions

• content provided by independently operating facilitators

• failures of third-party technical equipment

§11 Photo and Video Recordings

Photo and video recordings may be made during the event.

These may be used for documentation and public relations purposes.

Participants may object to publication in individual cases.

§12 Final Provisions

German law applies.

The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, to the extent permitted by law.

Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

2. Ticket Purchase & Event Platform

Technical processing is handled by Talque (Real Life Interaction GmbH, Berlin).

The following data are processed during ticket purchase:

• Name

• Email address

• Billing data

• Payment information

• Ticket category

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of contract).

Talque's privacy policy also applies.

3. Event-Related Communication

Participants receive information regarding the event's execution via email or the event platform.

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

4. Newsletter & Further Information

If explicit consent has been given, contact data will be used for information on further events or projects.

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

Consent can be revoked at any time.

5. Photo and Video Recordings

Photo and video recordings are created based on legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) for documentation and public relations.

Affected individuals can object to the use.

6. Storage Duration

Data is stored only as long as necessary for contract fulfillment or due to statutory retention obligations.

7. Data Subject Rights

Data subjects have the right to:

• Restriction of Processing

• Data Portability

• Objection

Complaints can be lodged with a data protection supervisory authority.
