Berlin Breathwork Journal
The Berlin Breathwork Journal will serve as our future editorial platform for inspiration, research, and practice concerning breathwork, resilience, and conscious leadership.
Here, science, experience, and societal perspectives converge. We publish interviews with experts from psychology, medicine, leadership, and culture, share new studies, and provide insights into current developments in the field of breathwork – both nationally and internationally.
The Journal serves as a bridge:
between academia and practice, between individual development and societal transformation.
Berlin Breathwork Council
Building on the two Berlin Breathwork Days, and in collaboration with our main partner, Humboldt University's Institute for Clinical Psychology, and the University of Potsdam's Department of Social & Preventive Medicine, we established the Berlin Breathwork Council in mid-2025. This interdisciplinary team aims to enhance safety, quality, and transparency in breathwork through various workspaces and to develop collaborative projects.
