Background & Partnership

The Berlin Breathwork Council is a collaborative initiative and working group of the Berlin Breathwork Days, the Humboldt University of Berlin (psychotherapy research at the Department of Clinical Psychology) and the University of Potsdam (sports and health sciences at the Department of Social and Preventive Medicine).

The aim is to bring together scientific research and practical experience to jointly develop standards and guidelines for the growing breathwork community – in Germany and, prospectively, internationally.
