First Initiative of the Berlin Breathwork Council: Online Survey and Call for Breathwork Experiences

The Berlin Breathwork Council brings together practitioners and scientists to strengthen quality, safety, and transparency in the field of breathwork.
As its first joint project, an interdisciplinary task force comprising Council members – in collaboration with Humboldt University of Berlin and the University of Potsdam – has developed a scientifically supervised online survey.

We are looking for individuals between 18 and 60 years old who have no prior breathwork experience (this excludes participation in breathwork groups). They should not have a mental illness, but also not feel completely well – in short, they should be open and motivated for a wellbeing intervention that may improve their condition.
