Learning・Experience・Integration・Leadership

These are the four pillars of our work.

We connect science and practice, make breathwork directly experiential, and facilitate its conscious integration into daily life. This process transforms self-regulation into collective efficacy – moving from the individual to the group and into society, fostering a positive future.

As in 2024 and 2025, our Learning Lab will form the core
of the Berlin Breathwork Days.

The detailed program will be published shortly.

Program days

In 2026, for the first time, we are curating three consecutive days in a festival format – each with its own distinct focus.

Friday is dedicated to our Professional Day – for professionals and those curious to learn more. Saturday & Sunday are our Community Days.

🇬🇧 You don’t speak German? We offer talks and sessions in English, too.
Our event plattform & app will be both in german & english and work with subtititles for the talks.

FRIDAY, May 8
Professional Day

Eden Studios, Breite Str. 43

Focus: Learning + Experience

Friday is specifically designed for:

  • Individuals who already work professionally with breathwork

  • Therapists, coaches, and specialists in the healthcare context who wish to integrate or better understand breathing methods in their practice

  • as well as all curious individuals who wish to delve deeper into the science and methodology behind breathwork

This day integrates profound knowledge with practical experience.

Together with international scientists, experienced facilitators, speakers, and therapists – and in special collaboration with Humboldt University of Berlin – we curate a sophisticated, interdisciplinary program.

Key topics include:

  • current research & studies

  • methodological considerations

  • ethical perspectives

  • peer-to-peer exchange

The Professional Day offers a platform to contextualize one's own practice scientifically, critically reflect upon it, and practically further develop it.

What to expect:

  • Talks & Panels

  • Current Studies & Research Insights

  • Perspectives from experienced practitioners

  • Breathwork & Traditional Breathing Practices

  • Networking & Community

  • Evening Concert

SATURDAY, May 9th
Community Day

Eden Studios, Breite Str. 43

Focus: Learning + Experience + Integration

SUNDAY, May 10th. Community Day

Eden Studios, Breite Str. 43

Focus: Experience + Integration + Leadership (+ Learning)

On Saturday and Sunday, the Berlin Breathwork Days open to the entire community.

This creates an experiential space for everyone – regardless of prior experience.

  • Breathwork sessions at varying intensity levels

  • Lectures, Impulses & Discussion Formats

  • Insights into various schools & methods

  • Spaces for conscious integration

  • Sound Journeys, Bodywork & Dance

The weekend places a special focus on experience, integration, and (self-)leadership.

It's not just about the intense experience – but about the question:

How can inner experiences be sustainably integrated and applied to daily life, relationships, business, and social responsibility?

Breathwork is understood here not as an isolated practice, but as a tool for self-regulation, connection, and the conscious shaping of a positive future.

10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

13:30h-20:00h

  • We combine current research and psychological foundations with perspectives from practice and society. Science meets experience – well-founded, accessible, and reflective. This fosters a deep understanding of breathwork, self-regulation, and resilience.

  • Breathwork becomes directly experiential. In sessions and workshops, knowledge becomes physically tangible – individually and within the collective field. Resonance emerges in the nervous system, the body, and in relationships.

  • Experience is consciously reflected upon and transferred into daily life. The goal is not the intense moment, but long-term stability, regulation, and agency.

  • Connected communities emerge from regulated individuals. Leadership involves taking responsibility from a place of inner clarity – for oneself, for relationships, and for societal processes.

Our Impact Model

The Berlin Breathwork Days follow a four-stage development model. It outlines the journey from understanding to experience, culminating in sustainable change – moving from the individual self, through the group, and into the wider world.
