The Berlin Breathwork Days are an initiative by Yasmine Orth from The Lovers & Leaders in cooperation with Prof. Isabel Dziobek from Humboldt University of Berlin. For the third time, their objective is to bring together science and practice, deepen the exchange between both sides, and offer a vibrant platform to the international Breathwork Community.
The Berlin Breathwork Days thereby provide valuable knowledge transfer for beginners as well as for professionals – for greater transparency, safety, and guidance.
